If you're looking for a night out that feels truly otherworldly, clear your winter calendar. This June and July, Sirromet Winery in Mount Cotton will be transformed after dark by Beyond Brisbane - a breathtaking new immersive light experience from the award-winning Luna Light Journeys series.

Produced by Laservision in partnership with Sirromet Winery, Beyond is part spectacle, part storytelling, and promises to be unlike any evening you’ve had in Brisbane. Running from 26 June to 26 July, this 2km trail of light, lasers and cutting-edge installations is set among the rolling vines of one of Queensland’s most iconic wineries.



A Winery Transformed After Dark
As the sun sets over Sirromet, the vineyard shifts into an entirely new dimension. Themed around portals to four parallel worlds, Beyond invites guests to step through the darkness into a realm where light becomes language and nature itself appears to respond.

Across the trail, you’ll encounter:
• 25 immersive activations powered by light, lasers and AI
• A living garden that blooms, shifts and responds as you move through it
• An ancient forest awakened by luminous stag holograms and ethereal spirit projections
• A boundless cosmos of laser fields and falling stars that surrounds you in a surreal night sky
• AI-interactive installations that react in real time to your presence and movement

The experience is designed as a journey rather than a static display. Guests are encouraged to wander at their own pace, linger where curiosity pulls them, and let each new scene unfold as a chapter in a larger story.



The Latest Chapter in Luna Light Journeys
Beyond is the newest instalment in the acclaimed Luna Light Journeys series, known for transforming natural landscapes into immersive, narrative-driven light experiences. Rather than simply lighting up a path, each Luna Light Journey uses technology - from lasers to holograms and AI - to turn the environment into an active storyteller.

At Sirromet, thousands of fibre optics, carefully choreographed lighting, and atmospheric soundscapes work together to bring the vineyard to life in unexpected ways. Every twist in the trail reveals a new scene, a new mood and a new way to interact with the space.

Recognising that not everyone enjoys intense sensory environments, Beyond offers thoughtfully designed low-sensory sessions during the earliest evening timeslots.

These sessions feature:

• Lower-intensity lighting
• A calmer overall atmosphere

Guests are encouraged to bring any personal comfort items - such as sunglasses, headphones or sensory toys - to help them enjoy the experience in a way that feels right for them.
