Connect with nature through creativity at these fun workshops



Children and teens, in two different sessions, will discover the joy of natural illustration with local botanical artist, Rhonda Stokoe. These small group sessions are all about the beauty of banksias and fascinating fungi.

In the first session for ages five to nine, younger participants will focus on mark making using coloured pencil and charcoal, whilst in the second session aimed at ages ten to seventeen, the older children will learn tricks and techniques using pencils, pastel pencils and charcoal.

Whether your child is a keen sketcher, a nature enthusiast, or simply loves spending time outdoors, these workshops offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature through creativity.

When selecting your child's ticket, please make sure to choose the correct age group in the ticket type.

Session 1 : 5 to 9yrs, 10.00am to 11.30am
Session 2: 10 to 17yrs, 12.00noon to 1.30pm
All children must be accompanied by a caregiver who is required to stay but does not need a ticket.
